Vastu designed in, not corrected later
The easiest time to follow Vastu principles is before anything is built. At the planning stage, the entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, pooja room, staircase, toilets and water tanks can all be positioned thoughtfully at no extra construction cost. Once walls and plumbing are in place, the same changes become disruptive and expensive.
We begin with the plot itself: its orientation, shape, road side, slope and surroundings. We take accurate compass readings and study how the plot relates to the cardinal directions. This forms the base for a zoning plan that places each function in a direction suited to it as per Vastu, while also keeping in mind where the morning sun enters, how breezes move and where neighbours overlook the site.
Vastu is then one input among several in our design process, alongside your family's needs, daylight, ventilation, structure and the bye-laws of the authority, whether that is MCD, Noida Authority, GDA, DTCP or HSVP. Where two requirements pull in different directions, we explain the trade-off and offer alternatives rather than forcing an awkward plan. On tight or irregular plots common in Delhi NCR, this balance matters most.
The outcome is a layout that you and your family are comfortable with from a Vastu point of view, and that also works well as a building. We approach Vastu as a respected planning tradition and do not promise specific personal or financial results from it.

What our clients say
"We handed over an empty 3BHK and got back a home that finally feels like us. The team listened to how we actually live — not how a catalogue thinks we should — and it shows in every corner."
"The modular kitchen is the star of my house now. Soft-close everything, a pull-out for my masala dabbas, and not a single wasted inch. My mother-in-law approves, which is the real 5 stars."
"What sold me was the 3D walkthrough — what I saw on screen is exactly what got built. No surprises, no 'arre sir yeh possible nahi hai' after booking."
