Electrical planning before the walls are closed
Most electrical problems in finished buildings trace back to missing planning: a socket behind a wardrobe, no point for the geyser, an air conditioner on a circuit that trips, or a distribution board with no spare ways. Once plaster and tiles are done, fixing these means chasing walls and patching finishes.
Our electrical design starts with how each room will be used and where the furniture goes. We then mark light, fan, switch and socket points, with heights, on each floor plan, including provisions for AC units, geysers, kitchen appliances, TV, data and CCTV. From the connected load we work out circuits, wire sizes and protective devices, and prepare distribution board schedules and a single-line diagram.
We also plan earthing, inverter or DG backup circuits, and provisions for EV charging or solar if you want them. For commercial spaces such as showrooms, salons, cafes and gyms, the layout accounts for equipment loads, display lighting and metering needs. Design follows good practice and the relevant provisions of the National Building Code and applicable Indian Standards.
The electrical drawings are coordinated with the structural drawings and the false ceiling design, so conduits are planned in slabs before casting and light positions match the ceiling layout. Changing a point on paper takes minutes; changing it after tiling can take days and damage finished surfaces, which is why we settle these details with you early.

Light, fan and switch positions with heights marked on each floor plan.
Power and appliance points
Sockets and dedicated points for AC, geyser, kitchen and laundry appliances.
Load calculation
Connected load worked out room by room to size circuits and supply.
DB schedules
Distribution board layouts with circuit-wise MCB and RCCB ratings.
Single-line diagram
The overall power distribution from meter to each board on one sheet.
Earthing and backup
Earthing, inverter or DG circuits, and EV or solar provisions if required.
Deliverables & documentation
Clear, professional outputs at every stage — nothing left ambiguous.
- Floor-wise electrical point layout
- Conduit routing for slab and walls
- Load calculation sheet
- Distribution board schedules
- Single-line diagram
- Legend and specification notes for the electrician
Your project in 4 clear steps
-
01
Understand room use
We go through furniture layouts, appliances and lighting preferences for each space.
-
02
Mark points
All light, switch, socket and appliance points are placed on the plans with heights.
-
03
Size circuits and boards
Loads are calculated and circuits, wires, DBs and protection are designed.
-
04
Coordinate and issue
Drawings are checked against the structure and ceiling plan, then issued to site.

What our clients say
"We handed over an empty 3BHK and got back a home that finally feels like us. The team listened to how we actually live — not how a catalogue thinks we should — and it shows in every corner."
"The modular kitchen is the star of my house now. Soft-close everything, a pull-out for my masala dabbas, and not a single wasted inch. My mother-in-law approves, which is the real 5 stars."
"What sold me was the 3D walkthrough — what I saw on screen is exactly what got built. No surprises, no 'arre sir yeh possible nahi hai' after booking."
