Concept & Feasibility
We explore ideas through sketches, references and early 3D studies — testing what is possible on your site and within your budget. You will see two or three distinct directions before we align on one.
Design Development
The chosen concept is refined in detail: spatial planning, materials, light, joinery and finishes. We collaborate closely with you, iterating until every element feels exactly right.
Documentation & Approvals
We prepare precise construction drawings and coordinate structural, MEP and other consultants. Where required, we assist with municipal approvals and sanctions so your project starts on solid ground.
Construction & Supervision
With a trusted contractor on board, we supervise the build — reviewing quality, resolving site queries and protecting the design intent detail by detail, right through to the final finish.
Handover & Aftercare
At handover the space is complete, but our relationship isn't. We support you through settling in, styling and any snags — and we're here for your next project whenever it arrives.
