We prepare a complete, fully dimensioned drawing set based on the approved layouts. It starts with plans, sections and elevations that fix the size, height and appearance of the building, then moves into working drawings, often called good-for-construction or GFC drawings, which give the exact dimensions, levels and specifications needed for each part of the work.
Detail drawings cover the areas where mistakes are most common: the staircase, toilets, kitchen, facade features, parapets and railings. Door and window schedules list every opening with its size, material and hardware, so ordering and fixing are straightforward. All drawings are coordinated with the structural, electrical and plumbing drawings prepared by our engineering team, so columns, beams, pipes and conduits do not clash with what the architecture shows.
