Overview

Designed for guests, planned for operations

Hospitality buildings have two audiences. Guests see the arrival, the lobby, the rooms, the dining and the event spaces, and judge the property on how those feel. Staff see the back of house: kitchens, stores, laundry, service corridors and staff areas. A hospitality project only succeeds when both sides are planned together, so guests never see the operations and staff never have to fight the layout.

We design hotels and guest houses, banquet halls and event venues, resorts, cafes and restaurants across Delhi NCR, from a boutique guest house in South Delhi to a banquet property on a Ghaziabad or Faridabad highway, or a weekend resort near Gurugram. Every brief starts with the operating model: number of keys, room types, expected event sizes, kitchen capacity and how the property will be staffed.

From there we plan the guest journey and the service journey side by side. That includes the drop-off and parking, reception and lobby, room layouts and corridors, banquet halls with pre-function areas, bridal rooms and service access, and kitchens positioned to serve dining and events efficiently. Fire safety, exits and accessibility are planned in line with the applicable norms, coordinated with our engineering and approvals teams.

The result is a property that feels good to guests, is practical for staff to run and is buildable within your budget.

Client Voices

What our clients say

"We handed over an empty 3BHK and got back a home that finally feels like us. The team listened to how we actually live — not how a catalogue thinks we should — and it shows in every corner."

R Rohit & Meera KhannaHomeowners, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon

"The modular kitchen is the star of my house now. Soft-close everything, a pull-out for my masala dabbas, and not a single wasted inch. My mother-in-law approves, which is the real 5 stars."

S Sana QureshiHomeowner, Sector 78, Noida

"What sold me was the 3D walkthrough — what I saw on screen is exactly what got built. No surprises, no 'arre sir yeh possible nahi hai' after booking."

FAQs

Questions about hospitality projects

Can’t find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us — we reply quickly.

Often, yes. We assess the building for room layouts, toilets, fire exits, structure and services, and check whether the intended use is permissible under the applicable rules. Conversions can be cost-effective, but some buildings need significant change, so we give you a clear picture before you commit.
Guest movement and service logistics. Guests need a clear arrival, pre-function space and easy access to the hall, while catering needs a direct, hidden route from kitchen to hall. Parking, exits, acoustics and toilets for peak capacity are equally important, and all are planned together from the start.
Yes. For restaurants and cafes we plan the seating layout, kitchen and service counter, storage, toilets and customer flow, whether in a new building or leased premises. Our interior design team can take the project further into finishes, furniture and lighting so the architecture and interiors work as one.
Our approvals team can prepare building plan submissions and support applications such as fire NOC, as required by the applicable authority for your project. The specific approvals depend on the location, size and use of the building, so we review your case and set out what is needed in the written proposal.
