Checks at the stages you cannot see later
Good drawings only help if they are followed on site. Most construction defects that cost money later, such as undersized steel, wrong cover, a missed lap, a slab poured out of level or a conduit left out, happen in stages that are hidden within hours or days. Once concrete is poured or walls are plastered, they are difficult to see and expensive to correct.
Our site supervision is built around those critical moments. Before each casting, we check reinforcement against the structural drawings: bar sizes, spacing, laps, stirrups, cover blocks and column-beam joints. We verify levels, alignment and dimensions of the frame. Before plastering, we check electrical conduits and plumbing lines against their layouts, and we check waterproofing layers before they are covered.
Each visit ends with a written report of observations, photographs and items to correct, shared with you and your contractor. Serious issues are flagged immediately so work is held until they are fixed, rather than discovered at handover.
This service suits owners building on their own plot in Delhi NCR who are not on site every day, builders who want a second check, and people living away from the city. Supervision can be taken per visit at key stages or as a package for the whole construction period. It complements your contractor's own supervision and does not replace their responsibility for workmanship.
