Overview

Workplaces planned around people, power and brand

An office layout decides a lot of small things every day: how far people walk to a printer, whether a phone call in a cabin is heard outside, whether new joiners have a desk, and whether a client's first impression matches the business. We begin with your headcount, team structure, meeting pattern and growth plans, and turn them into a seating plan before any finishes are discussed.

For a start-up in a Noida IT park, the priority might be flexible open seating and one good meeting room. For a CA or law firm in Delhi, it is often private cabins, secure file storage and a quiet waiting area. For a corporate floor in Gurugram, it may be a mix of workstations, collaboration zones and a pantry that works at lunch hour. Each brief leads to a different plan.

Offices depend on services more than most interiors. We plan data points, UPS and raw power circuits, AC outlets and lighting levels with the layout, and coordinate with the building's fire, sprinkler and HVAC systems in commercial towers. Where the building management has fit-out rules or approvals, we prepare drawings in the format they need.

The design then carries your brand through the reception, brand wall, colours and signage, without making the space tiring to work in. You receive detailed drawings that a fit-out contractor can price and build accurately.

Client Voices

What our clients say

"We handed over an empty 3BHK and got back a home that finally feels like us. The team listened to how we actually live — not how a catalogue thinks we should — and it shows in every corner."

R Rohit & Meera KhannaHomeowners, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon

"The modular kitchen is the star of my house now. Soft-close everything, a pull-out for my masala dabbas, and not a single wasted inch. My mother-in-law approves, which is the real 5 stars."

S Sana QureshiHomeowner, Sector 78, Noida

"What sold me was the 3D walkthrough — what I saw on screen is exactly what got built. No surprises, no 'arre sir yeh possible nahi hai' after booking."

Questions about office interiors

Can’t find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us — we reply quickly.

We start from the carpet area, column grid, windows and fixed services, then test workstation sizes, cabin counts and circulation widths against your headcount. You usually see more than one seating option, with the trade-offs explained, such as more desks versus a larger meeting room, before the plan is fixed.
Yes. We work within the landlord's or building management's fit-out guidelines, prepare the drawings they need for approval, and coordinate with existing sprinklers, fire detection and HVAC. We also keep in mind that leased premises may need to be restored later, and choose partitions and fixtures accordingly.
Yes. Office interiors depend on power and data, so we prepare electrical, data and UPS layouts together with the seating plan. Each workstation, cabin and meeting table gets the points it needs, and the drawings help your IT vendor and electrician work without guesswork on site.
Yes. We can plan extra workstation positions, modular furniture, flexible meeting spaces or areas that can be converted later. Discussing your growth plans at the start helps us size the electrical load, data cabling and AC capacity so future expansion does not mean reworking the whole office.
