Overview

Food spaces that work front of house and back

A food space has two audiences. Customers notice the seating, lighting, music and the photo-worthy corner. Staff notice whether the counter handles a queue, whether the kitchen line makes sense and whether dirty dishes cross the path of fresh food. A good cafe design has to satisfy both, and it has to do it within the area and rent you are paying for.

We begin with your menu, service style and expected covers. A quick-service cafe in a Noida market needs a strong counter and fast turnover seating. A sit-down restaurant in South Delhi needs comfortable table spacing and a clear service path. An office cafeteria in Gurugram needs to feed many people in a short lunch window. Each of these leads to a different layout.

Kitchens and service areas depend on MEP planning: exhaust hoods and ducting, gas lines, floor drains, grease traps, water points and heavy power circuits. We coordinate these with your kitchen equipment supplier so the civil and services work is done once. Where mall or building management has fit-out rules, we prepare drawings to suit them.

The theme then brings it together: materials that survive constant cleaning, lighting that suits the time of day you trade, and signage and graphics that make the brand easy to remember. You receive drawings detailed enough for your fit-out contractor, kitchen supplier and signage vendor to price and build without guesswork.

Client Voices

What our clients say

"We handed over an empty 3BHK and got back a home that finally feels like us. The team listened to how we actually live — not how a catalogue thinks we should — and it shows in every corner."

R Rohit & Meera KhannaHomeowners, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon

"The modular kitchen is the star of my house now. Soft-close everything, a pull-out for my masala dabbas, and not a single wasted inch. My mother-in-law approves, which is the real 5 stars."

S Sana QureshiHomeowner, Sector 78, Noida

"What sold me was the 3D walkthrough — what I saw on screen is exactly what got built. No surprises, no 'arre sir yeh possible nahi hai' after booking."

Questions about cafeterias & cafes

Can’t find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us — we reply quickly.

We plan the kitchen layout, zoning and all service points, and coordinate with your kitchen equipment supplier on hoods, burners, refrigeration and dishwashing. The supplier provides the equipment; we make sure the space, exhaust, gas, drainage and power are ready for it so installation does not require rework.
Often, yes, but not at the cost of comfort or service access. We test different table sizes, banquette seating, bar counters and window ledges, and check aisle widths for staff with trays. You then choose between options with a clear view of how each affects capacity and customer experience.
Yes. Malls usually have their own fit-out manual covering signage, shopfront, fire safety, exhaust and working hours. We prepare drawings in line with those requirements and in the format the mall's fit-out team asks for, which helps approvals move without repeated revisions.
Surfaces near food and high-traffic areas need to handle frequent cleaning, heat, spills and scraping chairs. We generally suggest durable flooring, sealed or laminated table tops, washable wall finishes near counters and stainless steel in the kitchen, and use decorative materials in areas customers see but touch less.
