A sprawling 4,800 sq ft family home designed for a three-generation household in Vasant Vihar. The brief called for open, light-filled living spaces that could comfortably accommodate both large family gatherings and quiet, private retreats.
We oriented the building to maximise northern light into the main living areas while creating a protected south-facing garden courtyard. Local Dholpur sandstone grounds the exterior in its Delhi context while floor-to-ceiling glazing creates a seamless dialogue between inside and out.
Custom joinery throughout uses FSC-certified teak, paired with handcrafted ceramic tiles from Jaipur artisans. The result is a home that feels distinctly Indian yet entirely contemporary.
